Cancellation & Refund Policy

Credit Comeback Club — Colorado

Effective Date: August 24, 2026
This page is a plain-language policy summary. It does not replace the signed service agreement, required consumer disclosures, or the completed cancellation notices delivered with that agreement.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to consumer credit repair services offered by Christopher Holland, a Colorado sole proprietor doing business as Credit Comeback Club. Your signed agreement identifies the specific service, price, payment timing, cancellation deadline, delivery address, and any additional rights that apply to your transaction.

Nothing in this policy waives, limits, or shortens a right or remedy under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), the Colorado Credit Services Organization Act, the law of the state that applies to you, or any other applicable consumer-protection law.

2. Five-Working-Day Right to Cancel

You may cancel your contract without penalty or obligation before midnight of the fifth (5th) working day after the date on which the contract is signed. No reason is required.

Federal CROA provides at least three business days to cancel. Colorado law provides Colorado buyers five working days. Credit Comeback Club applies a minimum five-working-day cancellation period to every client. If another applicable law or your signed agreement provides a longer period, the longer and more protective period controls.

We do not begin contracted credit repair work during the applicable cancellation period.

3. How to Cancel

You may use either copy of the cancellation form delivered with your agreement, or you may send any other clear written notice stating that you are cancelling. Use one of these methods:

Include your full name, the email address or phone number associated with your account, the date you signed, and a clear statement that you are cancelling. A particular reason or special wording is not required. Keep a copy of the notice and evidence showing when it was sent or delivered. Our confirmation is helpful, but it is not a condition of a timely cancellation.

4. Refund Following a Timely Cancellation

If you cancel within the applicable cancellation period, any payment made under the contract will be returned within ten (10) days following our receipt of your cancellation notice.

The cancellation is without penalty or obligation. When reasonably possible, the refund will be sent through the original payment method. A processing method does not extend the ten-day deadline. If an applicable law requires a faster refund or gives you a broader remedy, that requirement controls.

5. Cancellations After the Initial Period

After the initial cancellation period, monthly clients may cancel future service without a cancellation penalty according to the signed agreement. A cancellation stops future service as described in that agreement; it does not erase a lawful amount already due for a service that was fully performed before cancellation.

Payments for services already fully performed are generally nonrefundable unless the signed agreement or applicable law provides otherwise. Credit Comeback Club will not collect or retain payment for unperformed credit repair services when applicable law prohibits it. Confirmed duplicate, erroneous, or unauthorized charges will be corrected and refunded as required by law.

Fees paid directly to a separate credit-monitoring company or another third party are governed by that provider's cancellation and refund terms. Credit Comeback Club cannot issue a refund for money it did not receive, but this does not limit any rights you may have against that provider.

6. No Advance Payment for Future Credit Repair

Credit Comeback Club will not charge or receive money for an agreed credit repair service before that service has been fully performed. A monthly, fixed-term, bundled, or "paid in full" label does not authorize collection for future credit repair work. Scheduling a consultation, selecting a plan, or signing an agreement does not by itself make payment collectible.

Additional payment restrictions may apply when services are offered or sold by telephone. We will apply any more protective federal or state requirement that governs the transaction.

7. Signed Documents and State-Specific Rights

Before enrollment, the service-agreement packet must provide the disclosures and cancellation notices required by applicable law. You will receive a copy of the completed agreement and the documents you are asked to sign. The signed packet supplies the transaction-specific cancellation deadline and delivery address.

This webpage cannot replace a required notice or make a noncompliant agreement compliant. If this policy, a website statement, or a service agreement conflicts with a nonwaivable legal right, the law controls. If your agreement or state law gives you more protection, the more protective provision controls.

8. Contact Us

For a cancellation, refund request, billing question, or copy of your documents, contact us promptly. Do not include your Social Security Number, full account number, or credit-report documents in ordinary email.
