Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By scheduling a consultation, signing a service agreement, or making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Company Information
Christopher Holland, a Colorado sole proprietor doing business as Credit Comeback Club ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), is based in Grand Junction, Colorado. We provide credit repair services subject to the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq., the Colorado Credit Services Organization Act, and other applicable federal and state law.

2. Important Consumer Rights
You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report without the help of a credit repair organization, for free or for a minimal charge. You may contact a consumer reporting agency directly. There is no guarantee that a credit repair organization will be able to improve your credit report.
You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.
Federal law provides a right to cancel a credit repair contract without penalty or obligation before midnight of the third business day after signing. Colorado law provides a longer period: a Colorado buyer may cancel without penalty or obligation before midnight of the fifth working day after the transaction. Credit Comeback Club provides every client at least five (5) working days to cancel, and any longer period required by another applicable state law will control.
This webpage is a general summary. Before a service agreement is signed, you will receive the disclosures required by applicable law. Your signed agreement will include the applicable deadline and will be accompanied by the required cancellation notices. Nothing on this webpage shortens or waives a right provided by federal or state law.
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act:
- We cannot charge you for credit repair services before those services have been fully performed.
- We cannot make untrue or misleading statements about the services we will provide.
- We cannot advise you to alter your identification to change your credit record.
- We cannot advise you to make any false statement to a consumer reporting agency or creditor.
3. Description of Services
Credit Comeback Club provides credit-report review and dispute services grounded in applicable federal consumer law. Depending on the facts in a client file, correspondence may be sent to the credit bureaus and directly to furnishers or collectors as required. Our services include:
- Review and analysis of client credit reports from one or more of the three major credit bureaus
- Identification of potentially inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or insufficiently documented reporting
- Drafting and sending of customized, fact-based dispute correspondence to the appropriate recipient
- Documented follow-up and escalation when supported by the client file
- Campaign status and document access through the secure client portal
- Monthly private strategy calls, founder-directed file work, and eligible funding-partner referrals (VIP Membership only)
We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or services as a licensed attorney. Nothing in these Terms or in our services constitutes legal advice.
4. Service Tiers and Fees
Public prices describe possible service options; they do not authorize a charge. The signed service agreement controls the exact services, fee, and lawful payment timing. Credit Comeback Club will not charge or receive money for a credit repair service before that agreed service has been fully performed. Scheduling a consultation or signing an agreement does not, by itself, authorize collection for future credit repair services.
4.1 Standard CCC Membership
- Monthly Fee: $99.00 per month
- Includes: Review of the client-provided credit file and supporting materials; preparation and management of individualized disputes or related correspondence when supported by the reviewed file; up to 3 individualized correspondence pieces per monthly service cycle when supported by the reviewed file; and campaign status and document access through the client portal
- The correspondence limit is a maximum, not a guaranteed quantity. The reviewed file controls what work is appropriate, and recipient response times and outcomes remain outside Credit Comeback Club's control.
- Cancel anytime with no penalty
4.2 VIP Membership
- Monthly Fee: $179.00 per month
- Includes: Everything in Standard; one private 1-to-1 strategy call with Chris during each monthly service cycle; Chris personally reviews, directs, and works on the client file; priority handling within Credit Comeback Club's internal workflow; and up to 5 individualized correspondence pieces per monthly service cycle when supported by the reviewed file
- Also includes exclusive access to Credit Comeback Club's funding-partner network, a fast-track funding-readiness review, and priority partner referral when eligible
- Priority handling applies only to Credit Comeback Club's internal workflow and does not shorten bureau, furnisher, collector, or other third-party response times. Funding partners independently determine eligibility; access, review, or referral does not guarantee approval, funding amount, rate, terms, or timing.
- Cancel anytime with no penalty
4.3 Fixed-Term or Bundled Options
- Any fixed-term, bundled, or single-price option, if offered, must be expressly described in the signed service agreement.
- A "paid in full," fixed-term, or bundled label does not authorize advance collection for future credit repair services.
- Payment may be collected only after the specific agreed service has been fully performed and only as permitted by all applicable laws.
- Cancellation and refund rights remain governed by the signed agreement and applicable law.
Correspondence limits are maximums per monthly service cycle, not guaranteed quantities. Unused capacity does not roll over. The reviewed client file controls what work is appropriate.
5. Right to Cancel
You may cancel your service agreement without penalty or obligation before midnight of the fifth (5th) working day after the date of the transaction. This five-working-day period is Credit Comeback Club's minimum cancellation period and reflects the longer period provided to Colorado buyers. If the law that applies to you provides a longer period, the longer period controls.
If you timely cancel, any payment made under the contract will be returned within ten (10) days following our receipt of your cancellation notice. You may use a cancellation form provided with your agreement or send any other clear written notice using the delivery instructions in that agreement. We also accept cancellation notices by email at creditcomebackclub@gmail.com.
We do not begin contracted credit repair work during the applicable cancellation period. After that period, monthly clients may cancel future service according to the signed agreement. Review our Cancellation & Refund Policy for additional plain-language details.
The policy page is not a substitute for your signed service agreement, required consumer disclosures, or the completed cancellation forms delivered with the agreement. Those documents provide your transaction-specific deadline and delivery address.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Credit Comeback Club makes no guarantee, warranty, or promise that our services will result in any specific improvement to your credit score, the removal of any specific item from your credit report, or any other particular outcome.
Credit repair results vary based on the specific inaccuracies, documentation, and circumstances present in each client's credit file, the responsiveness of the reporting parties, and other factors outside our control. Past results achieved for other clients are not a guarantee of future results.
7. Client Responsibilities
By enrolling in our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about yourself and your credit accounts
- Provide copies of your credit reports from all three bureaus upon request
- Notify us promptly of any communications you receive from creditors, debt collectors, or credit bureaus related to disputed accounts
- Cooperate with reasonable document and information requests needed for the dispute process
- Not independently contact furnishers or bureaus regarding accounts we are actively disputing without notifying us first
- Maintain an active credit monitoring service or provide updated credit reports as requested
Maximum correspondence capacity per monthly service cycle is up to 3 pieces for Standard clients and up to 5 pieces for VIP clients, in each case only when supported by the reviewed file. If a fixed-term option is offered, its signed agreement will state the applicable capacity. Unused capacity does not roll over.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not provide false or fraudulent information, request assistance creating a new credit identity, or use our services for any unlawful purpose. We may terminate services if a client engages in prohibited conduct. Any amount charged, retained, or refunded following termination remains subject to the signed agreement and all nonwaivable rights under applicable law; this section does not authorize us to retain payment for unperformed services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Credit Comeback Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, except where another applicable law gives you a nonwaivable or more protective right. Any disputes shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Mesa County, Colorado, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, only to the extent such a requirement is valid and enforceable under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms, the Cancellation & Refund Policy, or a service agreement waives, limits, or shortens any nonwaivable right or remedy under CROA, the Colorado Credit Services Organization Act, the law of the state that applies to you, or other applicable consumer-protection law. When a state law provides greater protection than these Terms, the more protective requirement controls.
11. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Cancellation and refund information is available in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice to active clients of any material changes via email. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Entire Agreement
Your signed service agreement, required disclosures, and cancellation notices contain the transaction-specific terms. These website Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cancellation & Refund Policy provide additional information but do not replace those signed documents or reduce any right provided by applicable law.
